Hi all. In general, I don’t know whether anyone will understand me or not, but I would like to talk and discuss, in my opinion, a big problem of modern society. Do you notice when you’re just walking down the street how many pregnant girls there are now? I’ll say right away that no, this is by no means bad, but quite the opposite, but that’s not what we’re talking about now. I would like to touch more on the moral point of view of this issue.
Many people have children because they really want them, they want to raise them, to love them, they want a piece of mom and a piece of dad to reunite and have their common child, then they may want a second one and it’s all for love, and not because they have to. But unfortunately this does not always happen..
I want to explain how it all began. In 2006, President V.IN. Putin signed a bill called Maternity capital.
Maternal (family) capital is a form of www.casino-palm.co.uk/ state support for Russian families raising children. This support is provided from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2016 at the birth or adoption of a second, third or subsequent child with Russian citizenship, provided that the parents have not exercised the right to additional measures of state support.
Simply put, if you give birth to a second child, you get money. It all started with an amount of 250 thousand rubles, but every year the amount of payments increased significantly and currently it has reached almost 409 thousand rubles (really funny money). By law, they cannot be spent on food, clothing, buying a car, etc. There are certain purposes for which maternity capital funds can be used, namely: improving housing conditions (buying an apartment, paying off a mortgage, renovating and building a house), obtaining education (paying for studies, living in a child’s dormitory or paying for the child’s maintenance in kindergarten) or putting funds into the funded part of the mother’s pension.
And literally all over the country a “baby boom” began, that is, mothers did not give birth, did not give birth, did not want to, did not want to one more child, but so be it “we agree for money”, especially since it’s “huge”, “big” money. No, I understand everything, when a family has been planning a second or third child for a long time and then such a wonderful program to support families comes out, I think this is normal. But when no one needs even one child in the family and such people begin to give birth to a second child, I don’t understand this at all. Our people, bypassing the legislation of the Russian Federation, learned to cash out this money through banks, losing almost half of the amount guaranteed by the state.
Note: in this case, you can even lose all your funds if you run into unscrupulous people. And no one will look for the money and return it, since the parents themselves are involved in a fraudulent scam.
But I don’t feel sorry for this money, I feel sorry for those kids, who give birth for money. There are a lot of examples when a mother walks with a stroller, in which lies a very tiny baby, so cute and cute, but his stupid mother is pregnant again at that moment! No one understands, and no one wants to understand, that the mother’s body after the birth of a child should rest for 2.5-3 years, and not 2.5-3 months. This has become especially relevant now, since the law is in force until the end of 2016 and everyone wants to receive this maternity capital as soon as possible.
I would also really like to note the fact that such brainless fools do not understand that they will “eat up” this money, but the child will remain, the child will remain and cannot be sold or taken to a shelter, this is a living organism that requires parental affection, love and care every day.
Perhaps many will not agree with me, but my opinion is that having children for money is terrible. Thank you all for your attention.
